Special Edition – The Friday Report

The U.S. Department of Agriculture on Friday released the proposed new rules for payment limits, actively engaged requirements and new Federal regulations to be able to receive government payments under new Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) rules. The announcements were made in a series of USDA Press Releases which are attached to this report.

There will be a 30-day public comment period before these rules become effective.
