Herb Holzapfel

Chairman, Glenn District

Resides in Glenn County. Farms 575 acres of rice and raises beef cattle on ranches in Northern California and Eastern Oregon. Became a member of Farmers’ Rice Cooperative in 1985. Was elected to the Board of Directors in November 1985. Presently serves as Chairman of the Board.

A graduate of California State University–Chico with a Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Science. Serves as Director of the Colusa-Glenn Production Credit Association. Interests include rice legislation, marketing, water and environmental legislation and regulation.
