Early Season Advance

The Early Season Advance was established for the membership to take advantage of FRC’s financial strength.  FRC uses its borrowing power and access to relatively low commercial rates to aid in the cash flow of members.

2010 Crop Program

• FRC members may receive up to $400 per acre advance in conjunction with the FRC Acreage Survey
• Acreage Survey will have an advance section
• Members select ONE of three options:
• Early Season Advance
• Early Final Payment
• No Advance
• Acreage Survey will be mailed in May
• The Early Season Advance will be deducted from the Immediate Harvest Payment
• The advance per acre will be basis the percentage share of the crop
• Landlords must request the advance on their own acreage survey
• The advance will be interest free to the individual grower
• Supplemental Agreement must include the amount of the Early Season Advance
• Any advances may not be returned at a later date
• Members will also be eligible for the Initial Advances established by the FRC Board in August of 2010
• If you choose to take this Early Season Advance, then you are NOT eligible for the Early Final Payment Program and vice versa
• 2011 Early Season Advance Program will be released in February 2011
